Warrant canary

Statement date: October 18, 2026
Personally confirmed by: Tom Hardy
Next review due: November 18, 2026

As of October 18, 2026, I, Tom Hardy, confirm the following concerning AirWitness, the FOX family of products and their associated services:

This is a statement about what I have personally received as of the date above. It is not an attestation on behalf of independent hosting or email providers, and it is not a claim about events after that date.

Read the date, not just the words

I intend to review this statement monthly. A new statement requires my fresh personal confirmation. The publication date must never be advanced by a scheduled job, a website rebuild, an AI assistant or someone assuming that silence means nothing has changed.

If this statement is removed, materially changed, or not renewed by the next review date, do not treat the old statement as a current assurance. A missed update is a loss of current assurance, not proof of any particular event.

This is a dated transparency statement, not a guarantee against surveillance or legal demands. It is published with my name but is not cryptographically signed.

Plain-text copy and history
